I wish to return an item.

Anything that is in unused condition and with all the original paperwork can be returned within a month of purchase. If the period is longer please email us first. Please return to the address on the contact page with a returns form included and we will exchange for other goods or make a refund.

Please ensure that the goods are returned in the same packaging as they were sent in and are in saleable condition with all paperwork (instructions etc.) included.

QUESTIONS TO DO WITH ORDERING

Orders to the EU

We now deduct the UK VAT for orders to the EU and the courier will charge the rate of VAT in your country and contact you to collect the charges before delivery is made.

Do I receive any confirmation once I have placed my order?

Yes - an email will be sent to confirm that your order has been placed successfully. If not received check your junk folder.

Do I receive any confirmation when my order is sent?

Yes – we send an email with tracking details when the order is sent. If not received check your junk folder.

Discount codes

We do not offer discount codes and all codes online for Nippy Normans are fake.

We do have several pages of special offers here.

Cancelling an order

Once placed an order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Can you add to an order already placed?

Sorry but we cannot add to orders as for security reasons we do not keep payment details.

Are the item/s that I need in stock?

Our website shows stock availability using a simple traffic light system. Green for in stock, orange for low stock but still Ok to order, red for out of stock – if out of stock please leave your email address and our system will automatically email you when we have stock back on the shelf.

Do you offer VAT free sales?

Prices on the website include VAT. Orders to the Channel Islands will be sent VAT free if you chose the country as CHANNEL ISLANDS and not UK. Likewise for BFPO addresses chose the country as British Forces Post Office and VAT will be deducted. We now deduct the UK VAT for orders to the EU and the courier will charge the rate of VAT in your country and contact you to collect the charges before delivery is made. Outside Europe VAT is deducted from the price.

I have an account but my email address does not work?

Please check that you have entered your email address correctly as even a space at the beginning or end will stop your account from working. Please check that you are using the correct email address to access your account – you may have used a different email address previously.

I wish to change the email address on my account?

To change the email address:

  1. Select the item/s to order
  2. Select your contact details (your account)
  3. Change the email address by over writing the old one

I cannot place an order on the website?

Sorry but the Wunderlich catalogue is no longer produced

Is there an invoice in the parcel?

Yes a full VAT invoice (where applicable) is included in the parcel.

Gift Vouchers

Sorry but we do not offer gift vouchers.

Are there any prohibited items?

Liquids and aerosols as well as batteries cannot be sent other than to the UK (Northern Ireland is also excluded)

Can I place an order over the phone?

Sorry but we have not offered this facility for over 10 years.
