This is the second one I have purchased, Previous bike had a clear screen, so I must be well satisfied with the extension.

Just what I needed to stop the buffeting of my helmet

R1200RS now much better at high speed Tim Lawler on Jan 29, 2017

I found the stock screen pretty much OK on third position (upper holes, lower pos) until the winter when the wind & rain became a bit too unpleasant. With this and screen on highest, it's finally like the original RS - a bubble where you hear the exhaust more than wind noise. I'm 5' 11 and it's still a tiny crouch to make it perfect, which I do on M-way at 80+ but not otherwise. Being able easily to defeat its effect in town / summer / under 60 makes it a great upgrade. Best of both.

Beautifully made bracket and tinted shield but at a cost if you compare it with a replacement non OEM screen but worth the expense to reduce wind noise around the area of your visor. The fit is good it has infinite positions of adjustment to suit your choice and I do not think it looks too out of place. Well recommended
