Reviews of Wunderlich seat raising kit R1300GS

Another good addition Mr Peter Mercer on Oct 31, 2026

I fitted these immediately on purchase of the bike along with bar risers as the seat was constantly pushing me forward transferring a lot of weight on my wrists, now it's much more GS feeling in the riding position with 150 miles possible before stopping.

Surprisingly this makes all the difference, they level the seat nicely. I found the standard seat slopped down toward the tank slightly.

Great product by wunderlich. Very easy to fit. Does make a difference to riding position. I am tall so helps with leg position whilst seated.

Great improvement for myself as it raised the seat slightly at the front so I wasn’t forwards/downwards anymore.
