Hi I always use NN and this is a real quality item, Chrome work is high quality and it feels robust and substantial. The Rubbers help with changes. I am not used to a Heel /Toe shift and was finding this difficult with my size 10 feet and boots. The factory standard pegs can definitely be improved upon. This is perfect for doing that however one caution I bought both the front toe shift and rear heel shift and with my size of feet it is too much and I run the risk of not getting my feet on the boards. So I have put this on the front and reverted to the original rear which is working perfectly. This gives much more feel and makes changing gear a breeze with no more hunting for the pedal.
