Well-designed protectors judging by the fit, finish, and accuracy of instructions and manufacture; they were also straightforward to fit. The protectors blend well with the design of the bike to the extent I don’t routinely even notice them, unlike more bulky crash bars for example, so looks-wise they score highly. I can’t comment on their ultimate purpose as I’ve not had to use them in anger, but Wunderlich’s demo video provides confidence that they’re up to the job. I’d certainly recommend a set if you want discreet, high-quality, and effective protection for your R1300.
