I was very much looking forward to fitting and using the new screen. This is a quality product, being 6mm thick and the contour shape matching the surrounding bodywork. In a previous review i noted that the screen was not high enough for some taller riders. I have to agree with issue, with turbulence being evident on a ride out. If I crouch down a little, the turbulence is reduced. Overall i am happy with the screen but 2-3 inches higher would make this a perfect.

I bought this to significantly reduce the buffeting from the standard screen which is far too small. It has improved the experience but is 2 or 3 inches too short. By ducking down that amount I get the quiet I am looking for.. I am 6ft tall. Body shapes vary enormously but I will risk an opinion that anybody 6ft plus who is looking for genuine quiet air when the screen is at maximum height will be disappointed. Conversely if you are 5ft 10inches or below you should be fine. The quality is excellent. It fitted very easily with just a small amount of pressure to position the holes correctly. I think it looks good as well. I am about to discover if it has any resale value because it needs to go to be replaced with a vstream.

The touring screen is easy to fit and comes with new fixings. I used the top set of holes to give maximum height on the screen. In the down position, there is still some wind noise, although much better than the original screen, but when the screen is raised, it cuts the wind noise by a good amount. The top edge of the screen does appear in your line of sight if looking at close quarters, but is acceptable given the reduction in noise. Overall a well made product and does reduce the wind noise a lot.

Very good screen, high quality and effective. High setting ensured good air flow without need for earplugs. Low setting great for keeping cool. Very quick delivery too.
