Hello the only complaint I would say is that the packaging was poor and all the washers were loose and some missing. A little more time in boxing up and bagging small loose items would have presented having to arrange replacement parts. But I have ordered a number of items and other than above issue iv generally very happy with service.

Foot protectors a worthwhile addition. Overpriced I feel, but can't fault the quality. There are other makes out there and Wunderlich also do another style, but these look the best. Extra pair of hands helps when fitting as you have a fair degree of adjustment for tailoring to your size of feet and riding style.
