Whilst discussing the woes of getting slightly older and only being able to last an hour on the bike before being fidgety, I was told about these seat covers. They are a simple design but so effective. They feel odd out of the packet, but stretch nicely for a perfect secure fit. On the bike I was surprised/ pleased with the comfort, no more fidgeting, and am now looking forward to going to Scotland. The air flow is good, although a bit cool at the start of April, but bodes well for summer riding. I expect they will be perfect in the rain to let it drain away. Overall I am really happy with these seat covers abd would highly recommend.

On a day round trip in admittedly cooler weather - backside was significantly more comfortable, good ventilation around nethers and welcome relief from the odd pressure point from riding trousers. Can’t wait until next summer to give them a go over longer distances/multi day trips. Make sure the Velcro is done up tight! The covers don’t exactly match the seat shape but that’s irrelevant really as they cover all the needed bits, plus they look pretty good too!

I ordered these cool seat covers in anticipation of a trip to the Pyrenees next summer but thought I could trial them for what remains of the British summer! I’m very pleased so far. They were fairly easy to fit with a bit of strength and sense and they fit very tight to tge OE standard seat. They do exactly what it says on the tin - keep my butt cool and dry! I had read some reviews suggesting some covers were slippy and, whilst they’re not exactly grippy, they’re definitely no slippier than the standard seat! All in all, a good quality product and delivered v promptly by NN as usual - highly recommended!

My go to cure for numb bum Steve on Nov 15, 2022

These are my go to cure for the scourge that is 'numb bum'. Tried all sorts in the past such as a Sargent seat, but these are the cheapest most effective answer in my opinion. Why only 4 stars? Well they are a bit too slippy and having ones meat and two veg crushed against the tank with the inertia of a sliding pillion during an emergency stop is enough for anyone to remove a star. The falsetto voice is still prevalent.
