Had the same issue on the R1200R and S1000R in that the stock mirrors provided poor rear visibility. Swapped to these folding mirrors and they improve rear visibility and also allow them to be folded in when the bike is parked up to prevent them being knocked out of position. Easy to fit and adjust and comes with a variety of mounting posts.

Excellent replacement mirrors, better that the original, so much easier to adjust to get the right rear view, would recommend
