This is a good piece of kit. The positioning is excellent and it is trivially easy to install. The bracket appears to be bolted to the bike but in fact it is just held by adhesive. I guess this could be a security issue but I don't think it is a big risk. You need to be aware that this is just a mount for the BMW cradle (or other sytems I believe). I got this for the BMW Navigator 5/6 (both fit in same cradle). I ended up getting the cradle from a BMW franchise. There is a bewildering selection of bolts and other bits you need. I am not aware of this coming as a kit from anywhere. For what it is it is very good. Expensive but does the job. I would recommend this if you need, as did I, something more reliable than the BMW Connected offering (which is very flaky in my opinion).

Easy to fit looks good and very much better product than what my local dealer was offering as an alternative.
