I chose these Wunderlich engine guards knowing the quality is easily equal to that of BMW both in build & finish. They fitted precisely & were fairly easily attached to the bike. With the black finish on a black bike they blend in fairly inconspicuously. Styling helps this as they follow the upper cowling & “frame” around the “motor reveal” area. The bars add 60mm on each side at their widest point. So visually they don’t add much width to the original profile. I’m not a fan of wrapping bikes up in scaffolding, That said, I cover big miles most of which are in foreign lands & in four decades of riding I’ve learned how easily a minor event can turn into a major headache. Now they’re fitted I have to say, I’m more pleased with them than I’d thought I’d be! AND I now have a mounting place for a set of Denali D4’s. A purchase that has imbued the feeling of money well spent. Many thanks again to NippyNorman team
