High quality product and expandable when required on larger pannier. I would suggest it's too big for smaller exhaust-side pannier although you can squeeze it in. As always, excellent service from Nippy Norman. I've oredered a lot from them since I bought the GS and they really are No 1.

smart well built bags, but you will lose storage capacity as a result of their bulkiness, and the Vario Pannier size switching levers get in the way of easy placement.
