I bought this item to fit to my R1200RT. I had already lowered the footpegs for comfort and I was ocassionally missing the standard brake pedal with my foot. The rear brake enlarger has fixed the problem completely. It's very well engineered and fits perfectly. An elegant solution.

Just to mirror several other comments, that BMW provide a standard brake pedal that is too small with little grip in the wet (I'm a size 12 boot). This attachment overcomes that easily and effectively, so despite being a little pricey for what it is, there is a significant safety improvement.

The standard small rear brake surface area is no good at all for large (I'm an 11) sized feet and especially in the wet. This little item sorts the problem out completely and is a must.

When fitted it looks really big, but in use it is fine and not so large that it gets in the way. If you find the OEM brake pedal a bit too small this is the answer.

The grip covers work as advertised and the peg lowering is good. If they added about 2-3mm lower, they'd be even better! Nippy Normans got them to me quickly.
