These are those clever black reflective film. So, your panniers retain the sleek black look and the reflective layer kicks in mainly at dusk/night when headlights will be reflected to help you get noticed. Very easy to fit. Perfect fit. The panniers on the '21 RT are the same as the older RT and as the K1600 family I believe.
