Fantastic pannier top protection.
I followed the easy instructions and secured the mats to the three panniers. It mainly stops the accidental scuffing from my pillion and myself when getting on and off the bike.

Added these to my bike after getting fed up with picking stuff up off the floor when popping on my panniers. Good solid product, a doddle to fit and stops me moaning! Also protects the panniers from my boot marks when getting on and off my bike.

This review is for the set of 3 mats for BMW panniers and topbox. They are thick, rugged mats which have stuck really well to my lids. They are made of quite a firm rubber/ plastic/ material that will no doubt be very hard-wearing and offer good protection. The slight downside of being so hard is that they are not very 'grippy'. This is a minor criticism - not a deal changer. I think they are overpriced. I was torn between 3 or 4 stars but gave 4.

It was odd at first paying a lot of money for boxes then covering it with a mat but I would recommend them saved a couple of thing sliding of my boxes.

Purchased for both anti slip and lid protection.
They are a good fit, take care to line them up as the backing bonding is pretty good.
PS I used a small wall paper roller when fitting.

I made the mistake of buying some cheap copies of these from a well known auction site. They only last week's before peeling up and also had to be trimmed to fit properly. This set from nippy normans was made from a much thicker and stronger material and fitted perfectly. They look great on my GSA aluminium panniers and now stop the Starbucks coffee cup sliding off ;-)

I bought these as we're heading to Scotland and I want to protect the panniers from scuffs and scratches when strapping stuff too them. They arrived well packed with clear fitting instructions. They are thicker and more rigid than I anticipated but this is beneficial as I think it makes them easier to fit and less prone to any bubbling. Fitting was easy with a little care and attention (I used a wallpaper seam roller to ensure the edges were properly stuck down!). Top product

Fitted these today and they look really great. Size is cut perfectly and if you take a few minutes to like them up they really do look the part while offering protection against scuffing.

These items were very accurately cut to the contours of the original boxes. They look excellent, are robust and easy to affix to the boxes. They enhance the features and durability of the boxes. A great product

Got these to avoid scrapes and scratches on black panniers and top box - note black kit is good but if it’s a warm day....

Bought these more for anti slip rather than lid protection, and they do exactly that . They are a good fit and seem to have bonded very well to the lids
