Service was excellent. Unfortunately the sump plug washers that came with the oil filters (the reason I chose Nippy Normans to buy from) were the wrong size for my bike. I reused the old washer, but you may want to check this variation out for the future. NN SAYS - Yes issue all resolved for the future.
