Always useful to have in the garage, I have always bought one for any bike I have owned. Disappointed that Haynes have chosen to produce this as a paper back. Certainly not robust and will need to be kept indoors and handled very carefully. Sister company Clymer produced a manual for R1100 GS in paperback but with quality white paper pages rather than this buff coloured low quality paper ( with the exception of the “ Electrical “ section. Despite above I wouldn’t be without one for reference and great price from Nippy Normans.

If you ever plan to service your bike and you are not a professional technician, you will need a service manual. And Haynes manuals are the best. I am happy that I bought it.

Bit disappointed as I remember Haynes manuals always being hard backed but this is a paperback and left in the Garage I think it’s going to loose shape. Technically it seems good and useful reference just in case I ever have to work on the bike
