Reviews of Wunderlich Marathon screen K1600GT/GTL/Sport/Bagger (tint)

I bought this screen to replace the standard one as soon as I got it you could see the quality was as o.e . The difference it has made is really noticed especially as speed rises no more head buffering and shoulder coverage is improved also the fact that the mirrors won't fold in now is not an issue for me but could be if parking space in garage was limited worth thinking about. I personally think that it's a good upgrade from the original and I got it reduced so even better

To be honest I didn’t notice that much difference from the OEM screen in terms of turbulence/buffeting. However the optics through the screen are excellent but no good after the first encounter with a midge cloud!

I bought this screen as the standard one didn't offer sufficient protection (I'm 6'4" tall). As with my previous GS I find the standard BMW screens don't keep the air flow off the arms. The Wunderlich Marathon ticks all the boxes, excellent quality and easily fitted, it's slightly higher and the 'lugs' on it keep the air flow from the arms. It's very pricey but another case of you get what you pay for.
