For those riders who wish to retain the appearanceof their K1600 Wunderlich have created a wind screen that offers exceptional clarity, appearance and a high level of scratch resistance. More than 15 years of experience and knowhow have been put into this screen.
Wunderlich have improved the shape of the sides of the screen and introduced a more effective air-flow breakaway edge that minimizes turbulence. These improvements over the stock screen also relieve the upper body and shoulders from wind pressure. By adding a lightly raised contour, we have achieved optimal, buffet-free airflow in the helmet area.
Just as with those windscreens that Wunderlich offer for other models this one utilizes a very complex manufacturing process with unbeatable results and a visual clarity that can’t be matched. The 5mm thick material used offers absolute UV and fuel resistance. This screen also puts an end to hairline cracks at the mounting points, common with some screens after a few years of use.
