Ebc pads fitted straight in no issues and take a couple of mins each side. Obviously they work , are they as good as OEM? Not sure. Normal riding you wont notice any difference but full on hard driving i think they offer a tiny bit less but are (or for me at least) a fair chunk cheaper.
