This is a pricey product with some far cheaper alternatives. I trusted the German quality myth and paid up. Disappointed to find a crucial spacing washer with glue backing had deteriorated and was unusable. Also surprised that no 15cm short lead supplied for phone connection, (ie. £1 worth of iPhone or Android choice). Instructions were sparse and a surplus bolt confused the issue. I had committed to the SP connection style and ordered a £25 phone case elsewhere so felt I had to keep this product. The SP connecting piece is held on by one short grub screw - so that means relying on a weak link between your £800 phone and a nasty fall somewhere down the road, no doubt at 70mph! My solution will be to replace the missing glued washer with some superglue. Hardly what I had in mind.
