service good sun shade is a little expensive i feel for what it is -having said that when fitted it makes the dash look finished and so much better than stock from factory-cant comment on if it helps to view screen etc i did it for cosmetic purposes and it does this well.

I noticed the problem with the sun on my first ride on the bike and bought this immediately. It hasn’t really fixed the problem to be honest as when the sun is actually shining on the TFT display the sun shade doesn’t stop it ( apart from around midday). I bought an anti glare screen protector and this helped more

Nice fitting unlike some cheaper versions found on Internet. Makes the dash look finished on my TFT screen and although not much of a problem, helps prevent glare . Fast delivery as usual and well packaged.

I bought this under no illusion that it had had mixed reviews, some of which I now agree with. I actually like the aesthetic impact and think it finishes off the TFT screen rather nicely. However having ridden in various light levels, it has to be said the shading effect is not that great and at best provides only a slight benefit. Very easy to fit though and overall it's there to stay.

I was very sceptical of the claim 'Guarantees readability of the display' and rightly so. I'm not convinced it made a great deal, if any, difference. Fit was fair but the sticky 'pads' for a more permanent fit turned out to be just one and I opted not to use it. Finish of the actual item was only fair with some rough edges to the plastic and a very slight bend in the top edge. It's major saving grace IMO is that it does make the dash look a little more finished. Not great vfm IMO but I'll keep it on just for the 'finished look'.

Great addition to the new RT. Fitting was really simple and it looks great on the bike.
Went for a few rides over the sunny weekend and didn't have any issues seeing the TFT. Sun glare wasn't a major issue before, but it did happen. i don't expect this shade to fix every possible glare risk, but it looks sexy and does help.
