Definitely better handles and carrying options than the official BMW inner bag. This inner bag also has a useful "two size" feature that allows bag to be reduced in height (via a zip around the outside) making it easier to fit into the top-box when you do not need 100% of the capacity. The only minor niggle, is that care is needed to ensure the bag does is not going to foul the top-box lid when closing it.
