Nicely presented, engineered and finished. Easy to install. In use it takes a little practice to engage properly, together with 'pre-adjustment' so that the friction washer is close to engagement. I worry however about disengagement quickly and in an emergency...... hopefully I will be uses to the process before it becomes an issue.
