I am an honest person and I usually give a positive answer about my purchase. On this occasion great idea but did not work for me. I could hear it fine when the bike was just standing and my helmet was off. Once on the move and my helmet on, nothing total silence. I did not want to complain as it must work for other bikers. I have managed to purchase one from another company but even this one is almost loud enough. For me I think the buzzer unit needs to be around 120 dbls, to be able to hear it on the move. Buzzer was well made but needs to be way louder. Thanks. NN SAYS That is a first - no problem to return for a refund if necessary? Regards NN
