Bought this & delighted with the product quality. However- it looks like the extra height of the turntable under the centre stand (while front & rear wheels remain at ground level ie lower) prevents a ‘normal’ lift due to the increased angle the bike has to be lifted over. My GS is factory lowered and that ‘may’ have something to do with it - but with a loaded luggage kit (box & panniers) it has proved impossible to raise the back of the bike high enough. Maybe the suspension setting has a bearing on this too - set to dynamic - but it looks like I need to somehow raise both front & back wheels to the same level as the top of the turntable - or somehow ’sink’ the table itself so the top is at ground level to make this practical. Work in progress. Be interested to see if customers with standard suspension have the same issue? Note - raising the loaded bike onto the centre stand on normal flat ground is not an issue. NN SAYS Never come across this before - you can return and we pay return postage. In the meantime we will monitor to see if further reports of this issue come up.

When I first received the turntable, my initial thought was "how can something so light possibly take the weight of my bike". I needn't have been concerned, as the turntable is very well made and easily moves my bike around. My only thought now is "how did I manage without it before".
