Excellent bit of kit, which when connected, saves having to lift and prop the tank t attach crocodile clips.(A bit dodgy sparking near fuel supply!!) quick delivery too.

Ok so I installed an optimate sae connector tail to the battery for use with an optimate solar charger. I got the panel mount so if needed I can plug the tail to the panel mount sae which gives a fused direct 12v needed if e.g. you want to power an air pump (the Bmw din socket wont let you connect anything with a high current draw). I’ve installed the panel mount in the side of the under seat tray - easy and neat. It’s a good quality din and cable with a waterproof cap.
