Wunderlich rear Extenda Alistair Charles Robertson on Feb 18, 2023

Hi, Wunderlich rear Extenda was fitted easily, but a bit disappointing for cover, as it leaves both rear, back side edges off the UK legal number plates exposed, to flinging mud & debris, from the spinning back wheel, of the motorcycle, the Extenda isn't wide enough, for UK legal Number plates.

Hi, The front mudguard Avant, is on my original front Mudguard, and fits well in position, the Avent works well at keeping rain, mud & debris off the front of the engine and bike.

The major issue with the RS and R models is the spray from the rear tyre. Adding this eliminated a majority of the spray and eliminates an unhappy and wet pillion rider ;) Only issue need to modify the original holder as my country's model is different from the diagram.

Excellent product and easy to fit. The only problem was the BMW badge that came loose without protection to the adhesive backing. Reported this but was advised to use a glue to fix it.

Fitted to my R1200 RS to stop the road crap being thrown up onto the underside of the top box and rack....and my pillion. Seems to do the trick pretty well. Not a straight forward fit on an RS so needs a little modification to make it fit securely. Usual first class service from NN.

Well made and very easy to fit. Nice touch by supplying the BMW badge which makes the extenda look like a genuine factory extra. I have yet to test in the rain, but its got to be better than what is already (or not!) there.

You would have thought BM would have fitted one of these, it sure cuts down on the muck & rain being thrown back up on you or your pillion!
