Useful device and not too expensive. Helps reduce (not prevent) muck from reaching the front of the crankcase and looks quite tidy. I tried it first just using the adhesive patches, but soon had to drill the mudguard and extender to use the (supplied) self-tapping screws.

Straight forward to fit. I am never quite happy about drilling through the original mud guard and using screws to fix the extender, but all OK

This extender is a good fit on my 2014 1200RT and looks part of the mudguard, good colour match and only took a couple of minutes to fit - best of all no more crud stuck to the casing!
