I have used the din socket since i purchased the bike, but found recently that i is no longer as reliable as it used to be. It would loose connection often. A friend told me about these and i got them. Replaced the din with this in 20 minutes and its been great. The other advantage is so many devices now use usb by default so i dont have to convert anymore from din to usb. I reckon they are brilliant.
