Sturdy and easy to fit. They offer good weather protection. Whilst open to the side, not wrapping round to the bar end, this is not a concern as I don't intend to de-forest the route ahead. It has enabled me to fit Wunderlich's cruise control. A word of caution if an extended screen is previously fitted, the guards just make contact on full lock with the Givi screen. Perhaps if I'd chosen Wunderlich's Ergo screen this may not have occurred?
