I use my bike to commute 1hr each way, and the standard seat had me stretching and moving 20mins in to the journey. This seat was recommended on forums and didn't disappoint. As I am 6'3" I thought I'd go for the +25mm version. This is a more ergonomic riding position for my legs and knees, but would have gone for even higher if available (will experiment with a spacer to see if it improves more).
