Crash bar slider pad is secured by self taping screw into rear plastic body. Tighten the screw too much, even just a little, and it will rip through the plastic. Previous models of similar sliders had bolt and rear metal screw housing. This is a cheaper fixing and, in my opinion, not fit for purpose. Great service by Nippy Normans accepting return without quibble.
