Competitively priced Evo Tech bar end weights and hand bar protectors, which arrived relatively quickly from NN. Easy to fit, even for me given I am less than a competent DIY’er! Excellent quality from Evotech.

Easy to order from NN and delivery to Ireland was quick, within a week. The protectors are supreme quality, fit perfectly and work really well. I caught the righthand of the handlebar on the garage door on the way out. Hit it hard enough to damage the handguard which would have hit the brake lever. The Evotech protector took the impact. No damage to the bike the the garage door will keep out of the way next time. Paid for itself already.

Quality fitment and finish. the hand guards came complete with the heavier bar end that really do reduce vibration at certain speeds. I managed to install the hand guards in conjunction with the Givi hand protectors. It was tight fit but luckily the BMW bar connectors are plastic and allowed enough flexibility to allow for a good installation.

I am 100% happy with the finish and result after fitting these hand guard protectors. However, I am questioning why the front end attachment is not also part of the kit, as the original piece in plastic should preferably also be machined aluminium. NIPPY NORMANS SAYS The response from Evotech is: The designer didn’t feel is was necessary is the easy answer
