They did as expected. The main shank is 3.5mm longer than the standard valve cover head bolt in order to allow for the thickness of the X-Head. This gives confidence that the right amount of thread is engaged when torqued up to 10 Nm. A very important setting. Torque wrench essential. The slight confusion is that only one bolt is required per side so a total of 2 bolts as per the picture but the description on Nippy Normans item page states and I quote "set of bolts for one side ONLY". I emailed Nippy Norman's for clarification but got no reply so ordered two sets to be sure and sent the spare set back once I knew one set would do both X-heads. The small screws are for the lower fixing point and you reuse the spark plug cover screw. Nippy Norman's supplied me with a prepaid return label and refund without quibble which was great. Ultimately they did the job and thankfully they were available in the UK. MachineArt wanted $24 plus $18.50 shipping for one set 😱
