I’m not at all mechanically minded or even technical. I found it quite easy to fit once I read the instructions. Definitely rtfm (read the flipping manual) now that it’s fitted it makes all the difference not having to constantly remove the satnav from its mount every time I leave the bike. Slightly expensive but worth it for the peace of mind

REALLY HAPPY WITH THE LOCK, THIS WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE WHEN STOPPING AT CAFES ETC ENSURING SAT NAV SECURITY, I FOUND IT EASY TO FIT ONLY NEGATIVE WAS POSITIONING THE BARREL TO ENABLE TO TAKE THE KEYS OUT, ONCE CORRECTED .......HAPPY

Service from Nippy great as normal. The lock design wasn't very secure in my opinion, but better than nothing save the casual theft. just thread lock for securing the nut for the lock, the lock mechanism was not protected. So OK for fuel stops but not coffee stops in my view. I do use it though its OK price is fair, I would prefer something a little more secure.

The cradle is fine but I am about to return the lock for an agreed exchange. If I’m honest the lock quality is in my opinion quite low. It’s the sort of lock you see on an office drawer. Appreciate that it needs to be small etc but I expected something more like those found on the end of the Kensington lap top security cables.
