Where is my order?
If you have had an email confirming despatch please allow 7 days for delivery if you live in the UK or Europe or 14 days if outside Europe BEFORE you email us. Exceptions to this are Brazil and Portugal where the postal service is very slow and orders MAY take up to 4 weeks.
Is there tracking for my order?
Orders to the UK and Europe are sent without tracking as the service is very reliable. Outside Europe if you have not received the order within 20 days email for a tracking number.
Can I return an item?
Anything that is in unused condition and with all the original paperwork can be return within a month of purchase. If the period is longer please email us first. Please return to the address on the Contact Us page with a note and we will exchange for other goods or make a refund.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in the same packaging as they were sent in and are in saleable condition with all paperwork (instructions etc.) included.
Can you add to an order already placed?
We cannot add to orders as for security reasons we do not keep payment details.
Please just make another order and if you live in the UK or Europe claim free postage even if below the free order threshold.
Are the item/s that I need in stock?
Our website shows stock availability using a simple traffic light system. Green for in stock, orange for low stock but still Ok to order, red for out of stock – please leave your email address and our system will automatically email you when we have stock.
Will my order all arrive together?
Please note that to get orders out as quickly as possible we ship from multiple warehouses. In addition in order to save on postage we dispatch in multiple parcels. Therefore please give it 5 days after the first parcel arrives before you contact us. Everything arrives but sometimes a day or two after the first parcel.
Can you get Wunderlich items not listed on your website?
No problem to get more obscure parts from Wunderlich.
If you email us with part numbers we will get back to you with prices and delivery times.

How can I set up an account with Nippy Normans?
Simply select item/s to order, enter your address and you will be invited to register with Nippy Normans.
VAT free sales?
Prices on the website include VAT. Orders to the Channel Islands will be sent VAT free if you chose the country as CHANNEL ISLANDS and not UK. Likewise for BFPO addresses chose the country as British Forces Post Office and VAT will be deducted. Orders to the UK and Europe will be charged VAT except for Norway where orders are VAT free. Outside Europe VAT is deducted from the price.
All of our prices are in pounds (£’s).
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment of orders is by credit or debits card (MasterCard or VISA) or by PayPal.
Can anyone make product reviews
Anyone can leave a review, and as long as it follows some simple rules it’ll be published on the website - good, bad, slightly strange - the lot.
- Please don’t swear - reviews with swear words or profanity will be declined
- No offensive comments - reviews with offensive comments will be declined
- Competitors - reviews promoting or mentioning competitors will be declined
- Irrelevant - reviews that aren't talking about the product will be declined
