Does work but you need maybe two attempts and work it in ... then use Autosol metal cleaner to bring back the new look shine on your header pipes.

My downpipes had been neglected by the previous owner(s) - so much so that I didn't even know they were chrome! I needed a dremmel to assist, but it would have been ten times harder without the Dr. Downpipe. Used half a bottle, but mine was an extreme case, and I do not consider this to be unfair. Quite the opposite - a brilliant product I shall purchase again...

Didn't expect it to work to be honest but I was amazed! It's like magic, dirty brown pipes now looking new. Great product.

Good product. I chose to apply with a soft paintbrush to avoid overspray on engine casings. Worked well to remove brown staining on stainless pipes. needs more than one application on header pipes near cylinders. Goes a long way.
