Excellent piece of kit. Fitted perfectly and in seconds(about 2 mins actually) Would advise removal of spring shroud or it could foul (rub).

A bit pricey for a plastic moulding, but does the job well. Easy to fit, and suits the look of the bike very well. Still leaves a small gap just in front of where the cable ties secure it on either side which lets crud get to the seat sides - would've been so easy to extend the moulding forwards a little to block this.

A great product that does the job well. After it had been on for one commute of 50 miles, I could see the muck that had landed on this instead of the battery, shock, swing arm ...you get the idea! It seems strong and once fitted is very unobtrusive. I have an Akrapovic sport system exhaust. Fit is fine!

Like all pieces of plastic you do wonder how the price is achieved, but in comparison to other products this well made and does the job well too, plus looks great. I have fitted black tape around the frame before fitting to prevent damage from the cable ties and contact points, but I am fussy! My left foot is now dry too :)

The MudSling MAX design adds new benefits to the successful MudSling. formula originally introduced in 2005. Fitting in between the rear shock and tyre, it deflects mud, water, and rocks away from the suspension, battery area and rider to prevent damage and keep the rear of the bike cleaner.
HERE IS THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The MudSling MAX is re-shaped to be longer and wider with 12% more surface area for even better splash coverage than the original MudSling.. It is designed to fit with Jesse Odyssey II and Micatech aluminum pannier mounting brackets in addition to standard BMW and aftermarket side cases from SW Motech and Pelican. The MudSling MAX fits with both standard and ESA suspension.
