Good design but could have been constructed from thicker material. I fitted it as per the instructions but was not happy so removed it and opened up the spring clip so that it would fit over both the mudguard AND the extender. Better. Coud have used a longer fixing bolt to get a better purchase in the spring clip and the double-sided sticky did not attach well to the mudguard, despite the mudguard being "as new" and pristine. I may refit it WITHOUT the sticky tape. A useful addition but pricey for what it is....but that's what happens when you buy a BMW!
