Wunderlich Safety Package for BMW R1200GS

Wunderlich has combined its new Upper and Lower Crash Bars into one cost-effective Safety Package, to give owners of the BMW R1200 GS LC models maximum protection.

Constructed from lightweight, high quality steel and tailor-made to fit the latest generation GS adventure sport bikes, Wunderlich's Upper and Lower bars help protect the bodywork and lower section of the petrol tank, as well as the engine casings, cylinder heads and valve covers.

The Lower Bars also feature a central mount, which acts as a pivot point during a fall, and each side has integrated valve cover protection. A connecting bar between the two sides provides added strength.

Designed to follow the contours of the Boxer engine and bodywork closely, the bars attach via multiple mountings to existing points on the frame, without modification. They won't compromise ground clearance or cornering ability, and allow full access for maintenance and servicing.

They can be fitted in conjunction with Wunderlich's Cylinder Head Guards, and also act as a useful mounting point for Wunderlich Spotlights, and as a leg rest for long journeys!

The Wunderlich Protection Package fits all 2017-on liquid-cooled R1200GS models – a fraction of the cost of replacement bodywork and engine casings, and offering a saving on buying Upper and Lower Crash Bars separately.

They come in either a Stainless Steel finish or colour matched to the GS frame in Blue or Red.
